Belgian-Luxembourg Battle of the Bulge Museums
Association
In a first step, AMBA will comprise all the museums focusing
on the « Battle of the Bulge 44-45 » in both
Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, as well as
the topical study circles, associations dealing with
the welcoming of veterans and the tourist promotion organizations
of both countries.
The key objective of the association
is the cooperation and mutual assistance of the Belgian
and Luxembourg
museums and the pre-mentioned connected organizations.

Mémoire 60ème Anniversaire
The
aim of Normandie Mémoire 60ème Anniversaire
is to enhance the region’s cultural, educational
and tourist resources by organizing, coordinating
and promoting the operation and development of sites,
museums and events that are linked in some way to
D-Day, the Battle of Normandy, the heroic deeds of
the Resistance or the memory of the martyrs of Nazi
Occupation and the civilian victims of the Liberation.

This site is dedicated to GIs American for their heroic action in the crossing
of the Moselle River in September 1944. That allowed the 3rd US Army, ordered
by
Patton, to release Metz and Lorraine, then to continue its victorious walk in
direction of the Rhine.
Inhabitants of the Valley of the Moselle River and Lorraine,
we must owe them of memory.
